What Does The Warranty Cover?
The Circa Air Fryer Warranty covers manufacturer defects or malfunctions for one year from purchase.
The warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.
What Is Covered By The Warranty?
The Circa Air Fryer Warranty covers all manufacturer defects or malfunctions for the following components:
• The heating element
• The temperature control system
• The air circulation system
• The timer
• The housing and exterior components
What Is Not Covered By The Warranty?
The Circa Air Fryer Warranty does not cover the following:
• Damages caused by improper use or care
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accident
• Damage caused by normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification
• Damage caused by the use of non-Circa parts
What Is The Warranty Period?
The Circa Air Fryer Warranty is valid for one year from purchase.

Limitation Of Liability
Circa shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from using the air fryer, including damages for loss of business profits, personal injury, or even death.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Circa AirFryer Corporation (“Circa AirFryer”) warrants that its footwear products will be free from manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase, and its apparel and accessories products will be free from manufacturing defects for six months from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to Circa AirFryer products purchased from Circa AirFryer or a Circa AirFryer-authorized retailer unless otherwise prohibited by law. Circa AirFryer products are legitimately sold only by authorized sellers who are required to follow Circa AirFryer’s policies and procedures.
Circa AirFryer reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers related to products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.
This warranty does not cover any defects due to improper fit, everyday wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.
Purchasers of products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a product defect should submit a claim to Circa AirFryer via email, which can be found here. Circa AirFryer will repair or replace a defective product covered by this limited warranty.
There are no warranties that extend beyond those indicated herein. Any implied warranties that may apply to the products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.
Under no circumstances shall Circa AirFryer be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability.
